Returns and refunds

At Capiluxe, you can request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Return shipping is free under the return rules configured in our store.

How to request a return

Visit our contact page and tell us your order number and what you need. We will reply with instructions for processing the return. Please do not send the product before you receive them. If the item arrived damaged or you received a different item, explain what happened and attach photos when possible.

Refunds

Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been prepared, you can request a cancellation through the contact page. Include your order number so we can locate it.
